"I have been using State Farm insurance for a couple years now because of the great rates but unfortunately had an increase in my premium during my last 6-month period. For this upcoming 6-month period, I noticed that my premium changed once again (lowered significantly!) and called to ask for more details. I spoke with Sheryl over the phone, and she was great to explain the reasoning for fluctuations in prices and how I can maintain the lower premium. She was polite and very easy to reach over the phone! Great customer service."

"I have been with Ray for my auto and rental insurance for almost 6 yrs now. Very recently, we purchased a SF home and worked with Melissa to get my Home Owner‘s insurance.
